2. Performing on-site due diligence inspections and to perform standard and necessary due diligence regarding the ventures of various borrowing entities...
3. To verify all documents, venture procedures and to meet with the venture organization management...
4. To be responsible for the filing of a detailed systematic report including personal observations and opinions...

1. Have experience in the finance industry or similar industry
2. Degree(s) preferred but not mandatory...Industrial Engineering, Finance/Business, Certified Business Appraiser and Accounting type degrees with complementary background...
3. Speak fluent English...basic knowledge of Spanish, French and/or Chinese a definite plus...
4. Have current valid passport...
5. Preferably a citizen of the USA or the UK...
6. Be ready and willing to travel at short notice...
7. Willing to work under a contractual agreement...
8. A skilled professional...
9. Be able to supply professional references.
