Intermediaries
In keeping with our expansion plans we have
launched a new and innovative intermediary
assistance program.
Over the past few years, we at Global Funding
have noticed many intermediaries do not have
proper documentation when approached by a
prospective borrower seeking international
‘Cross Border’ or domestic loan/financing.
This program is specifically designed to assist
the productivity and closing ratio for
inexperienced intermediaries via a new efficient
submission system. It will also assist
experienced brokers specializing in other areas.
Many intermediaries do not have the proper
contracts, application forms and informational
details to successfully follow-up with this type
of prospective business borrower. In the past,
we have always tried to assist new or
inexperienced brokers. Unfortunately, many times
‘Cross Border’ financing is not the
intermediaries area of expertise and many
potentially good cases are lost due to the lack
of experience and/or proper documentation to
proceed with an international ‘Cross Border’
financing request.
Also, we have noticed the more experienced
intermediaries just do not have the time to
learn this specialized international ‘Cross Border’ market
or they are not set-up to facilitate this type
of international ‘Cross Border’
corporate structured venture financing.
Through our program Global is now able to work
with any intermediary throughout the complete
financing process.
WE WILL:
1). As described below and herein, on your behalf, handle the
transaction from the very beginning to the end
and include you in each step of the
financing process…
2). Copy, you (the referring intermediary) with all
pertinent correspondence and
follow-ups…
3). Discuss policies and procedures directly
with the potential borrower…
THE SUBMISSION PROCESS IS NOW VERY SIMPLE:
1). We suggest you copy this page for your files
before you submit your first venture using our
'Easy Submit' method.
2). If we are interested you will receive a full
detailed structured finance request application
and all ancillary required documentation/information..
Upon receipt of this fully completed document we
suggest, you e-mail this document to your client
for completion. Do
not have your client send this completed
document to us. Please have the document
sent back to you for a complete review prior to
your submission, to us. We will, then, begin on your behalf.
As always you will receive copies of all
correspondence.
3). After the detailed corporate venture
structured finance request document has been
received and reviewed, you, the intermediary, will be provided
with copies of all necessary documentation throughout the
full
application process.
4). Note: Any and all intermediaries may still
submit cases, to Global, as in the past and
control all initial documentation, and handle all
necessary procedures themselves (see and go to):
Intermediaries.
5). The policies and procedures on this page are
published for public use and, therefore, binding
to all parties. If you decide to submit
loan/financing requests using our new 'Easy
Submit' or other method then
retain a printed copy of this page as
non-circumvention agreements are not necessary.
6). To use this newly offered service for
intermediaries simply go to, complete and submit
via
of
e-mail the required information on this
link/page: 'Easy
Submit'
